Order Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT+8) will be processed starting the next business day. Please note that during peak seasons (e.g., major sales, festive periods) or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times. Domestic Shipping (Within Malaysia) We offer reliable shipping services across all states in Malaysia. Shipping Method: We partner with trusted local couriers such as Pos Laju, J&T Express, or City-Link Express for all domestic deliveries. Shipping Cost: Free standard shipping on all orders within Peninsular Malaysia. Free standard shipping is also currently offered for shipments to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) until further notice. Estimated Delivery Time: West Malaysia: 2-5 business days from the date of shipment. East Malaysia: 4-8 business days from the date of shipment. Please be aware that occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures in East Malaysia. International Shipping Berlink is proud to offer international shipping to many countries worldwide. Shipping Method: We primarily use reputable international carriers such as DHL Express or FedEx for all international orders to ensure secure and trackable delivery of your valuable timepiece. Shipping Cost: Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before finalizing your purchase. Estimated Delivery Time: Asia Pacific: 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. North America & Europe: 7-14 business days from the date of shipment. Rest of World: 10-20 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary significantly due to customs processing in the destination country, local postal services, and unforeseen delays. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees (For International Orders) For all international orders, please be aware of the following: Customs Duties and Taxes: Your Berlink watch will be shipped from Malaysia. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country's customs department. Customer Responsibility: These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Berlink has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. They are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Payment & Release: You may be required to pay these charges to the courier or your local customs office upon delivery or before your package can be released. Failure to pay these duties and taxes may result in the package being held by customs or returned to us. In such cases, any return shipping costs or penalties incurred will be deducted from your refund. Delivery Issues & Undeliverable Packages Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Berlink is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipment. Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed by the customer and returned to Berlink, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred.
